Our daily fresh sheep’s milk is used for semi-hard cheese. Also as herbed variety, this cheese is a most extraordinary specialty.
Steinacherhof furthermore produces hard cheese that matures for several months.
Yoghurt made from sheep’s milk is characterized by its extraordinary creaminess and a slight taste of almond.  
As described in numerous specialist books, sheep’s milk undisputedly is extremely health-beneficial.
Upon advance order, we also offer lamb.
Our lambs feature carcass weights of approx. 17 to 22 kilos and are 4 to 7 months of age when they are being slaughtered.
Meat of milk sheep lambs is characterized by an extremely low fat content.
